Should these go to horde/horde or separate repos?

Hi horde devs,

There's still a lot of horde things laying around unfinished at B1

-- existing code --
duty roster app - (hille, lang)
"sueporter" workflow app - (lang)
failover auth driver - rework to cascading (lang)
hermes features - (lang, hille)
clients provider app (crm stub) - (lang)

-- TODO --
kronolith patch to expose horde timeobjects to DAV (lang)

Patches should go to master branch I think.

What about the new apps? Should we add them to the main horde repo or to 
new app specific repo in the horde organisation?
