Nag and Mnemo Install Docs

Note the following change in
CVS Checkout of registry.php.dist (revision 1.103)
Add 'status' registry parameter; replaces both 'show' and 'active'. Also 
add a$filter param to $registry->listApps() to filter based on status.


Under section 1, Configuring Horde, of the NAG install doc

Delete the following sentence:

The 'show' parameter should already be marked '=> true'.

OR rewrite as follows

Make sure that 'status' => 'active' , the default value.



A similar change is needed for mnemo.
