Apache Mysql Php Horde Win32 howto.

I've committed my howto with to doc bookxml and two scripts to convert to
different formats.

The html script uses the xslt extension.

The pdf script calls java and uses Saxon (http://saxon.sourceforge.net/) and Fop
(http://xml.apache.org/fop/) to do the conversion from xml to fo and fo to pdf.

Feel free to do what ever you want with these files. All the instructions are
aimed at the following version:
Windows 2k
Apache2
Mysql latest release
Php latest win32 snapshot
Horde HEAD
