if you are using GET as your method to create urls (the default in giapeto's
conf.php), then pages.php script used to edit pages is the one also serving it.
ie. an authorised user looking at a page will see the block editing buttons,
normal user won't.

the best results are obtained using apache's url rewrite completely hiding the
pages.php script from normal users.
