Need Help In Seeting Up Giapeto

Hello All;

I've never quite gotten giapeto to function properly.  I
always get the following errors:

A fatal error has occurred
The template 'index.html' is not available.
[line 398 of /usr/local/apache/htdocs/horde/giapeto/lib/Giapeto.php]

Details (also in Horde's logfile):

Where am I supposed to have an index.html file?  I've setup giapeto
using the recommended defaults and gave it both a home of itself and
now am using a new home, which is visible to outsiders.
