actions, help and german translation

Hi,
I found out that there is no german help for gollem right now. While
translating the help.xml from english, I found out that there are some
differences between the english help and the current implementation.
It seems as if the paste function was changed from the dropdown box to
an icon in the headline. To be honest, I didn't expect that
functionality there and the current english help describes more what I
think is intuitive. However, something has to be changed. So is the
current implementation ment to be the way into the future?
I'm asking for this because I will translate / create a german help
file and want to document the right functionality. In addition I could
provide a patch for the english help.
