individual quota

Hi list, I am new to gollem and before investing much time in it I would like to know if there is a possibility to set individual quotas or if there is even the possibility to enable gollem only to specific users. I just installed gollem and everything works fine but now every user is able to use gollem and if I set a quota, this quota is the same for every user. I was not able to find answers to this questions up to now so maybe the list can help me. Thanks in advance for any kind of help.
