gollem just not working

Hi,

I installed gollem 3.0.0.RC1 and when I try to access gollem with my
IMP user account (admin privileges) my logfile states:


HORDE: User is not authorized for gollem [pid 35357 on line 259 of  
"/usr/local/share/pear/Horde/Registry.php"]


My configuration is:

  config> cat backends.local.php
$backends['ftp']['disabled']=true;
$backends['sql']['disabled']=false;

  config> cat conf.php

Instead of a filemanager a login screen is shown. On this login screen,
I can only select "FTP Server" in the "Backend" dropdown box.

For me this looks like backends.* is ignored. I also tried modifying
backends.php directly without any efect.
