wrong permissions for new files

i configured gollem to use the local ssh server

but when i create a new file or folder gollem cretes them with wrong  
permissions

i set, in config file, permissions 750 and gollem sets "-wxr-xrwT"

i also tried with different values but with same strange results

what am i doing wrong?
