Well blow me down if I didn't just discover how to do that nicely. Simply renamed the <path>horde3/index.php to index.php.old and symlinked the <path>horde3/gollem/index.php file in place. Great! The only think I want to do now is get rid of that button, which now appears as soon as the user has authenticated.
