Hermes Time Entry Error

Hi,
  I am running Horde 3.0 on a Redhat9 system running apache2.0 and php4.3.
Everything works (for the most part) except Hermes' Time Entry. I get this
error:
 Date
Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: date in
/www/htdocs/horde/lib/Horde/Form.php on line 2718

I have the Date module for PHP, and it is owned by apache. Any suggestions would
be appreciated.
