For what it's worth, the way this seems to work with my bank and 
Quicken is that I download a qbxml file that tells Quicken how to 
connect to the bank. So we could theoretically generate a small file 
that told Quickbooks how to talk to the Horde server - at least it 
avoids the server initiating connections.
