How do I create a "Project" in Hermes?

I have been tasked with implementing a simple time tracking system. Hermes would be a perfect fit since we've already been using IMP for years. I took the time to upgrade our install to Horde 3.1.3 and Turba 2.1.2. I installed Hermes .1-cvs. I've already created a seperate Turba addressbook for Hermes clients thanks to the helpful info in the Wiki. Those are showing up in the "Client" drop-down. I understand Herems is pre-release and lack of end-to-end documentation is understandable. So I need some help making sense of how to use it. I guess the best approach is to ask some specific questions to get on track: 1) How do I create a project to bill against? We don't need/use tickets, so I don't want to involve Whups if I don't have to. I do not have whups installed. 2) Would the project created in #1 be the "Cost Object" and show up in the Cost Object drop-down? 3( I don't see any option to export submitted time as CSV. I'm logged in as an administrator. I have Hermes permissions (Time Tracking, Deliverables, Time Review) set wide open for "All Authenticated Users" until I figure this out. Here's what I see on the button bar: My Time | New Time | Search | Print | Admin | Options | ... Any terse response would be helpful. I'm really at a loss.
