Modifying the templates for export

Hello everybody,
  I am in the process of testing hermes to use as the Time tracking
application in our company. I would like to know whether I can have a
custom template to which the data can be exported. As an example, I
like to have only the following details in the Excel/CSV.
Employee Name:
Month:
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Date | Ticket /Project | Task Log | No.of Hours worked
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Total Hours Worked:

Is there any provision to include/define custom templates ?
