You need to specify your client addressbook in your Whups configuration (as
Hermes and Whups both use the same set of clients from Turba).
ie. go to 'Administration' and click 'Configuration' then select 'Bugs (whups)'
from the list. You'll see where to fill it in down at the bottom of the page
under 'Client Driver Settings'.
