I've closed the browser and cleared cache and cookies (It's FF 45
ESR).  And it's worked.

I'm still wondering:
> Why would imp authenticate in an incognito window/different browser,
> but not otherwise?  And the authentication which is an MySQL call
> against using the same credentials as the imap/mail server?

Especially for it to appear in the horde.log
