Is it possible to add multiple SMIME Personal Certificates?

I have a new Personal Certificate for my mail address and now I have  
the problem, that if I want to read older encrypted messages, I have  
to load my old Personal Certificate.
And again if I want so write a new message I have to load my new  
Certificate, to sign with my new key.

Is there a way to solve this problem?
