Need advice on how to download Sent emails with POP3

Hi, I'm using Horde Groupware 5.2.22. How can I download Sent emails with POP3? Until now, the only way I've found out, that works, is manually selecting and moving the emails to the Inbox. And then use and email client to download it (I'm using Thunderbird). I really don't want to use IMAP. Is there a way to achieve this configuring Horde/Imp or Exim?
