Updated Hungarian translation for Passwd

Hi,

I updated the Hungarian translation of the Passwd package, version 3.1.3.

The archive bellow contains the updated hu_HU.po and help.xml files.

Please find them here:
http://www.netinform.hu/tmp/hu_HU-passwd-3.1.3-20101104.tar.gz
It will be available for 30 days, then will be removed.

Currently the files use the ISO-8859-2 charset. Is it possible to switch 
to the more common UTF-8?
