non module translation

Hi

This may be trivial but i haven't found explanation for that in 
http://www.horde.org/apps/horde/docs/TRANSLATIONS

I have updated translations in files like horde.po and appropriatly to other
modules.
They can be "maked".

However there are strings that arent those .po files. I have found them in
Horde_Alarm.po and other .po files.

The question is how make/update, for this part would become translated?
