kolab filter locale dir structure (git)

Hi!

I do not know whether it is important or not, but Kolab_Filter has  
differing dir structure from the rest of the project:


- instead of locale/ it has po/ dir;
- files in po/ dir are language-encoded (de_DE.po, for example)  
instead of placed in lng/LC_MESSAGES/ dir.
