French translation updated

Hello,

Il've update the french translation.

I used for that a compendium file and translate or correct it. But I don't 
understand what to do after that. How can I update all the modules po files 
with the corrected compendium file in order to give you a tar af them ?

http://www.horde.org/apps/horde/docs/TRANSLATIONS didn't help me.

Thats some work, say me I should'nt have modified all module po files
individually. ;-)
