locale mix

hi

i have a problem with locales not working: the textdomain is switching, as 
far as i can debug (by adding echo textdomain(NULL) . "->" . "$app <br> "; in 
Registry.php in function setTextdomain) my textdomain switches several 
times during display of a single page. if i modify the templates by adding 
textdomain('horde') or textdomain('imp'),... i seem t be able to fix that 
for that template. 
i'm almost sure this is not the correct way to handle this.

i worked through the suggestions on the TRANSLATION page and am now stuck.

any suggestions?
