cannot run horde-translation

Dear all,

a first attempt to run the horde-translation script only resulted in tons
of error messages (see below). I experienced a similar behaviour with
horde's migration system, only it worked well after outputting the
warnings. Needless to say but the rest of my horde installation works fine.

Any idea what goes wrong?
