Mine was too. Go here: http://weather.interceptvector.com/wid.php Download the ones you want and rename them. I chose 5 or 6 of them and then just copied them (eg. anything with description rain has the same icon - I copied 6.gif to 9.gif) and put them in /horde/jonah/graphics/weather.
