In News.php, I placed statements to print a literal string both before
and after the line

require_once 'XML/RSS.php'

The line before printed, the one after didn't. I did a little searching,
and found that there is an XML directory in horde/lib, but not in
jonah/lib. However, there is no RSS.php in that directory.
