Failed Retrieving Prefs for user

Posted last Saturday with no response.  I am politely and respectfully
asking for help one more time.  I'd really like to get jonah working.

I must be clueless.  I can't get jonah working.  Here's my sql setup
now:

mysql> show databases;

mysql> show tables;

mysql> select * from horde_prefs;
Empty set (0.00 sec)

mysql>

I've stuck with the default usernames/passwords (horde/horde) for
everything so far (I'll fix that later).  The only thing showing up in
horde.log is:
