I noticed this, too.  I fix it by incrementing the initial value on the 
last line of script.feeds.sql -ALTER SEQUENCE jonah_channels_seq 
RESTART WITH 122;
+ALTER SEQUENCE jonah_channels_seq RESTART WITH 123;
