Add New Channel -> DB Error: constraint violation

I'm creating a new Internal test channel with the following parameters:

Type: Internal
Channel Name: testchan
Description: test
URL: (empty)

When I click submit, I get an error: "Error  There was an error saving
the channel. DB Error: constraint violation"

I'm using CVS HEAD of horde, framework, jonah with PHP 4.3.11, mysql
3.23.58.

Any clue about this?
