New Jonah install

Jonah Files
  a.. Looking for the HTMLDocument package: No
  b.. I did not find the file ../package.HTMLDocument.php. Make sure that 
Jonah is installed inside a recent installation of Horde.
  c.. Looking for the Jonah general configuration file: Yes
  d.. Looking for the Jonah channel configuration file: Yes
  e.. Looking for the Jonah HTML configuration file: Yes

I install it from tarball but i cant find any package.HTMLDocument.php with 
slocate command :/ INSTALL file is outdated too .....

Can anyody help me?
