Drivers Question

Chuck, I have been trying to implement a Drivers.php file for the Juno project. To say the least, it has been interesting. My question is, should I implement the driver to return *ALL* rows and then filter using the Code like you have in Nag. We are potentially going to have *several* records and I think it would be a big hit on speed to use a separate filter system than the database itself.
