adding accounts and showing total

hi,

here is a new small diff files. it is now possible to add new 
accounts and accounts.php will now show the total of each accounts
(you have to manually add row to juno_register for now).

Is it okay to submit small diff or you'd like more to commit when
there is more new stuff to add ?
