initial_page variable missing in prefs.php?

Just cvs update'd, to make sure it wasn't a 'just between' issue, and it 
still doesn't exist:

in index.php:
require JUNO_BASE . '/' . $prefs->getValue('initial_page');

wm# grep intial_page config/*
wm#

Is juno supposed to load? :)
