cannot add events sent from Outlook

OS: FreeBSD 10-STABLE
PHP 5.4.40
horde-5.2.5
kronolith 4.2.6

We ran an update from PHP 5.4.36 to .40 + all the available modules from
Horde in the FreeBSD ports tree.

Since then, we are unable to add events sent from Outlook in and read in
IMP:

The log says:
