Please don't strip out the message context. I'm not 100% sure what the  
details of the issue you are referring to are...

I believe that Dav requests are indeed stateless, so this should be  
appropriate. Please create a ticket on bugs.horde.org if not done so  
already so that this doesn't get lost.
