Horde Service Weather error in log

Hello,

Today I noticed that when I go into the calendar, I am getting the red  
banner "error when communicating with the server", and the weather is  
no longer displaying in my calendar.  I am using weather underground,  
it had been working, and I don't know when it actually stopped.

I also am seeing the below in my log:
HORDE: PHP Fatal error:  Can't use function return value in write  
context in  
/usr/share/pear/Horde/Service/Weather/Alerts/WeatherUnderground.php on  
line 56
