Re: sprint PCS Vision

Aha!  That would certainly explain it.  Well, I downloaded the latest snapshot:

horde-HEAD-2004-01-29.tar.gz

which according to the Changes file appears to be version 3.0-CVS.  
Unfortunately I am still confused because the INSTALL file in that archive 
references a directory (horde/framework) and a file (install-packages.bat) 
that don't appear to be in the archive.

What am I missing?
