Fatal error

As said I do have the config set to sql and I have the same database settings (localhost, username,
database name etc) as used other elements such as 'nag' which all run without problem. I have
created the table called mnemo_memos in my horde database using the mnemo_memos.sql provided. That
said I am still getting the following:
