[imp] Mnemo Options Screen Will Be The Death of Me :)

Almost there :)

I spent some time last night comparing the prefs.php files with turba,
nag and IMP last night and I still can't see why in Mnemo, when I click
Options, all I get is a white screen now. I checked and rechecked the
cvs archives, pulled anything that was dated after the tarball I got
(5/18) and still a white screen.

There HAS to be something piddley that I missed. :/
