Suggestion and question

I have a suggestion for the memo view page:  I hope this is the right
forum.

When you view a memo, could we put the 'Modify | Delete' links at the top
of the memo as well as in the navbar at the bottom?  That way, if the memo
is more than a page long and you know that you want to modify it you don't
have to scroll down first.

Now for the question:  the two categories are currently hardcoded into a
file.  What would be involved in making this dynamic, so that new
categories can be added?
