Fattle Error

This one really has me stumped 
I am running 
horde 2.1 
imp 3.1 
kronolith 1.0 
mnemo1.0 
nag 1.0 
turba 1.1 
pear 4.1 
php 4.1 
suse 8.0 
MySQL 3.23.48-19 data base 
ok now the problem im am receiving a 
" Fatal error: Call to member function on a non-object in
/usr/local/httpd/htdocs/horde/mnemo/lib/Drivers/sql.php on line125 
when I first login to horde or click on the Memo 
ok the line reads like this 
(this is the whole string line 2 is the line 125) 
$query = sprintf('select * From %s where memo_owner = %s', 
$this->params['table'], $this->db->quote($this->user)); 
so I'm taking that mnemo is not connecting to the data base which has me
stumped cause every thing eles is 
any help would be usefull
