This just means that your Horde install is out of date and doesn't have the
framework libraries installed correctly. The code in CVS is correct.

You sent it to the IMP list. The proper place is the Moment list (which I'm
cc:ing), or at least one of the general Horde lists. See
http://horde.org/mail/.
