Quoting Hermit <[email protected]>: | I can't seem to find any information on how to use a 'shared' task list. Any | help would be appreciated. Ken, I'm sure that Eric has something much better in the user documentation at http://horde.org but here goes a quick and dirty method. - From nag click on options -> Task Lists -> Edit your task lists - Fill in name for the shared task maybe something like "our shared tasks" - Fill in description - From the "Task List's Type" dropdown select shared - Click on create - Now find and select "our shared tasks" in the "Your tasks list" dropdown - You should now see the task in the text areas and a new "Members list" button at the bottem. - click on "Members list" - a new JS window will open and you will add your users with the permissions that you want them to have by typing in their user name or id depending on your configuration. ( could be jane or [email protected] ) - Continue adding users until your heart is content. - When finished, add tasks selecting the new shared task list - Each user, including yourself will need to select the new shared task in the dropdown on the principal NAG screen. I hope this helps, ed ------------------------------------------------- -- Nag mailing list Frequently Asked Questions: http://horde.org/faq/ To unsubscribe, mail: [email protected]
