HEAD: deleting a task, misc stuff

Hello,

I can't - for the life of me - figure out how to delete a task (completed or
otherwise) from Nag.  Is something broke or am I a little slow today?

Also, on the header for the List Tasks screen, in the "Show" menu, "Complete
tasks" should read "Completed tasks".

Also, you can't edit a completed task from the List Tasks screen, but you
can from the portal block.  I'm not sure which is right, but it's an
inconsistency.  Personally, I'd rather to be able a completed task, but
that's just me.
