can not create new tasks

I am using the HEAD version of NAG, using mysql, and created the 
sql tables with nag/scripts/drivers/nag_tasks.sql

I can list all 0 tasks and have no option to create them.  My options 
are List, Search, Import/Export, Options, and Help.  Also, I get an
error generated in the log file: 
HORDE [error] [nag] not supported [on line 282 of "/horde/horde/nag/lib/Nag.php"]

This same error appears when I bring up IMP.

How can I add new tasks?
