Fatal Error during task creation

I have horde-3.0.4 and Nag-2.0.1 and use mysql database.
During creation of new task after set all values I receive following error.
Password in error massage is not correct. Nag is configured to use MySQL and 
Horde Defaults parameters.
Can somobody help me with this problem ?

Also same problem is in Kronolith during creation of Event.
A fatal error has occurred
