Just updated CVS, lost Task Lists, can't see tasks

Was using 3.0.5.

I checked out the cvs branch tonight, adding wicked, thor, and juno to 
my config. Setup all the config dirs, but when went to tasks, all but 
one of my task lists had disappeared and the tasks that were on them 
wouldn't display.

They're in mysql, all right.

Where are the Task Lists stored? Is there any way to recreate them with 
the necessary links to the tasks?

Or, to manually move the tasks in MySql to a new Task List?

And, any idea why they would have disappeared like that?
