Task list crashes

Hi,
I have just looked through the archive and found several references that 
seem to be a similar problem with no solution...

All software is the latest stable: Horde 3.1.2, imp 4.1.2, ingo 1.1.1, 
kronolith 2.1.2, nag 2.1.1, turba 2.1.2

When Tasks is selected in the status bar (LHS), the RHS window just comes 
up blank, and the log has the following error message:

PHP Fatal error: Cannot access parent:: when current class scope has no 
parent in /path/to/horde/nag/Lib/Notification/Listener/status.php on line 
26, referer: https://hostname.domain/horde/services/portal/sidebar.php

What other information is needed to help fix this?
