Thanks, Chuck.  The rakim dropdown is now available but without 
content.  I have
tried adding new categories ( on this machine I had only the new 
default unnamed
root category ) and new bookmarks but the dropdown doesn't show them.  I tried
choosing the blank line in the dropdown shown in this screen shot,
http://mail.unixmania.com/horde/images/rakim_ss.jpg, and no luck.  I assume
that the URL should appear in the box on the right to be sent with "Push URL"
and that doesn't happen.  I could be missing something but I have no 
idea what.
  There is nothing in the logs.
