How *did* you set it up. I would use the same setup for support.example.com
as for the "normal" server, but do a redirect if someone is accessing the
webroot of support.example.com.

Mapping support.example.com completely to rakim/guest would be possible too,
but you would need to set Aliases to /horde and /rakim in this case.
